Please Note: If Your Order Is Not Eligible For Custom Delivery (Typically Available In Florida Only) Then You Will Be Contacted With Your Final Shipping Cost When Your Order Has Been Filled And Packed For Delivery So That Accurate Costs Can Be Calculated. All Packages Must Be Inspected For Damage PRIOR To Accepting Delivery. Any Claims For Broken Or Damaged Items Must Be Filed By Purchaser No Later Than 48 Hours After Delivery Is Accepted.
Items Not Received
In the event that an order does not arrive within the specified time (noted above), please first reference the tracking information to ensure delivery has not yet been attempted. Please also take into account holidays and weekends. In the rare event that items are lost in transit, we deem them as such upon the 60th day from the date the order was shipped. At this point, we will credit a refund (on the goods only) before 65 days if, at that point, the tracking number indicates that the items have not been delivered or have been lost. We will not, however, re-ship a second order, as the address used in the first order was problematic.
